These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Free AI Generator ("Service"). The Service is operated by "WebSight Group" Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Free AI Generator provides AI-powered tools, including image generation, image editing, image upscaling, and image description features. Some features are available free of charge, and some require account access, credits, or a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Specific tools or content categories may require a minimum age of 18+; where different age rules apply, the stricter age requirement controls.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.

4. Accounts and Access

Certain features require sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining account security. We may suspend or restrict access when we detect abuse, fraud, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

For security and abuse-prevention purposes, we may store account-related technical identifiers, including your latest sign-in IP address.

We reserve the right to withhold, reduce, or not grant signup credits, free-tier benefits, or promotional allowances when our systems detect signals associated with abuse patterns, including but not limited to IP addresses or network characteristics historically associated with high abuse rates. This determination is made automatically and is not a judgment on any individual user.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Stripe Billing Portal.
  • As a general rule, subscription charges are non-refundable.
  • We may review exceptional refund requests at our sole discretion.

Digital services and withdrawal rights: if applicable law grants a withdrawal right, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge that this right may be lost once service delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute prohibited content, including:

  • Illegal content or content that violates rights of others
  • Sexually explicit or exploitative content
  • Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Impersonation, deepfakes, fraud, harassment, or defamation
  • Political manipulation, disinformation, or harmful influence campaigns
  • Malware, phishing, spam, or abuse of infrastructure

7. User Content, Rights, and Responsibility

Your ownership: You keep rights to your prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you submit, generate, publish, or use through the Service, including legal compliance, required permissions, and consequences of use.

Service operation license: You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The Service software, website content, branding, and related technology are owned by or licensed to "WebSight Group" Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our technology or brand assets to you.

9. AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific use cases. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them in personal, commercial, legal, medical, or safety-critical contexts.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI, hosting, analytics, and payment services). Your use of those components may also be subject to their terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service is subject to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
